About our Founder Erin Koot

Erin was born and raised on a farm just outside of Stratford. She never strayed too far from home and currently resides in Stratford with her beautiful daughters. Erin grew up playing hockey and soccer for the Stratford Aces and Strikers. She still enjoys playing hockey and pursing a new love of triathlon racing in her spare time.

Erin is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Therapeutic Recreation and Sport Business. As well as a PSW from Conestoga College. On top of this she has also completed the Geriatric Certificate Program at McMaster University. She has been working with seniors for the past ten + years in all sectors of senior care. These experiences have provided opportunities for continued education including becoming certified in;
